For lots of reasons! All of our meat is Choice grade or better and dry aged to perfection! We source as much as we can right here in Finney County - our main priority is quality which means sometimes we have to source a little further away to provide meat that meets our high standards! All of our meat is top of the line with no additives like what you get from the grocery store. We believe good meat does not need anything added to make it great!
